Mastering an art

I think i've mastered the Art of Procrastinating. For instance, i should be studying for my CivPro class tomorrow but instead i'm online, lurking about. But really, i woke up this morning with good intentions: download the modules from our professor's site, print them, then study the assignment. But it's now nearing 3pm and all i've done is to print the modules. Should i blame the weather?
